Management Features
Subscription Based Services
Many common chamber services, from membership to directory listings are represented as subscriptions within Chamber Power. Subscriptions can be easily tracked and managed with defined start and end dates. Subscriptions which run out are automatically stopped after a manager-specified grace period, saving headache and time in handling delinquent services.
Simple Accounts Receivable
Chamber administrators can quickly and easily generate one-time or recurring invoices from within Chamber Power. Invoices can even be configured to automatically renew subscriptions when payments are applied. Invoices appear in member's account history and may be printed to PDF for mailing. Account statements may also be printed for mailing.
Upcoming expiration notices
Administrator's dashboards contain q summary listing of all subscriptions scheduled to terminate within the coming week. This allows chamber staff to contact and follow up with members that may have forgotten about making payment or who may be considering discontinuing their membership or other services.
Easy User Management
Contacts are easily searched, added, or removed from Chamber Power. Additionally, any contact can be granted user status simply by supplying a user name, email address and password.
Event Calendar
Chamber functions and community events are an important resource for chamber staff and members. Chamber Power provides simple, yet powerful, event calendar management capabilities. Events can be one-time or recurring.
Referral Management

On-line Editing of Subscription Information
Business owners are able to log in and quickly update their business and other subscription information without having to contact chamber staff. All that is required to make member generated changes appear on the website is a quick click of approval from chamber staff.
Account Overview
Every time a member logs in, they view a dashboard which illustrates the statistics for all of their subscriptions for the current month, a direct reminder and illustration of their chamber membership's value. Also shown is a recent account history and any upcoming expirations.
On-line Account History and Billing
Members are able to log in to view a full account history of all invoices and payments associated with their accounts. Members can print off complete PDF invoices for their tax records and even pay on-line.1

Members can advertise discounted or special pricing as well as special events using on-line coupons. On-line coupons appear in a special, searchable coupon directory. Banner Advertising
Even member banner advertising is made simple through Chamber Power's subscription mechanism.
